The curved duster, to be fitted to a handle, has two nonwoven fabric layers (512) between electric and static nonwoven fabric layers (51), given a curved structure by heat and pressure and cut into strips. They are clamped between two layers of fusible yarn materials (511). The shaping by heat and pressure gives a figure-of-eight shape, and a center opening (521) of a tubular structure (52) takes the handle.
