An apparatus for optimizing electronic characteristics of a low noise amplifier in a mobile communication terminal is provided to realize plural input/output matching circuits for a low noise amplifier, and to selectively use the matching circuits according to receiving electric fields, so that the amplifier can obtain an optimum gain, an optimum IIP3(Input Third Order Intercept Point), an optimum NF(Noise Figure), and an optimum power consumption for all receiving electric fields. Plural input matching circuits(304,305) are used for input matching of a low noise amplifier(307). The first switch(303) is installed on a front end of the input matching circuits(304,305). The second switch(306) is connected between the input matching circuits(304,305) and the amplifier(307). Plural output matching circuits(309,310) are used for output matching of the amplifier(307). The third switch(308) is connected between the amplifier(307) and the output matching circuits(309,310). The fourth switch(311) is installed on a rear end of the output matching circuits(309,310). A controller(300) applies a voltage for controlling a gain to the amplifier(307), and controls the first to fourth switches(303,306,308,311) such that a receiving signal can pass through the optimally designed matching circuits(304,305,309,310) in the applied voltage.
