<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reconstruction processor which is used by a device to use cone beam shape X-ray, can be used both in fan beam reconstruction and in cone beam reconstruction, and can be improved in operability. <P>SOLUTION: An X-ray is radiated in a cone shape from an X-ray source 3 to irradiate an object by a continuous rotation system. The X-ray transmitted through the object is detected by an X-ray detector 5. A tomographic image of the object is reconstructed based on the detection data obtained by the X-ray detector 5 in this image reconstruction processor. A cone beam reconstructing unit 12-1 to reconstruct a stereoscopic tomographic image by a cone beam based on the X-ray transmitted through the object by the X-ray detector 5 is set in the image reconstruction processor.
