A filled and closed plastics bladder 10, Fig. 1, having an integral pour spout 17, is placed inside a square-bottomed kraft paper bag, with the spout 17 adjacent a tear tab 18 in the side of the bag. A paper tape (19), Fig. 2 (not shown), or 21, Fig. 3 (not shown), is stitched at 22 across the closed mouth of the bag to provide a reinforced panel 20 in which a hand access hole 23 may be cut. An additional decorative band (24), Fig. 4 (not shown), may be fixed over the reinforced panel 20 to cover the stitching. The bladder may be of polyethylene.
