<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing system which can print multi-media data received from an apparatus connected to a printer. <P>SOLUTION: This printing system forms a related electronic output with a printed paper or other printing output based on the multi-media data received. These printing output and electronic output provide a display of multi-media. The printer also can perform communication with the function of the peripheral equipment and control thereof.
