<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving gear mechanism for seal rolls, which works to reduce the influence of a gear backlash and cancel a reaction force acting on a driving motor, and can be manufactured at lower costs. <P>SOLUTION: According to the driving gear mechanism, a gear 21 is fitted on the drive shaft of the motor for driving the seal rolls, and is engaged with a gear 22 of the fixed seal roll 30 to transmit a driving force. The gear 21 of the drive shaft is also engaged with a gear 24 of an idler, and the gear 24 is engaged with a gear 23 of the moving seal roll 31. As a result, the rotational driving force of the motor is transmitted to the fixed seal roll and to the moving seal roll as well, making both seal rolls seal a packaging film held between them by heat and transfer the sealed film almost vertically downward. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
