<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator operation service charging system for allowing a user to easily perform charging processing at the time of receiving a specific operation service. <P>SOLUTION: When a user 1 of an elevator transmits specific operation service information to be used from a portable telephone 2 through a communication means 9 to a reservation server 8, the reservation server 8 confirms the portable telephone number of the user 1, and decides whether the specific operation is executable from the operating conditions and reserving conditions at that point of time, and when the specific operation is executable, the reservation server 8 informs the user 1 of the available elevator number, and instructs an elevator controller 7 to execute the specific operation.
