PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composite material with a high dielectric constant in which the quantity of a filler to be added is suppressed and which maintains the processability and moldability that are the characteristics inherent in a resin material. SOLUTION: The resin composite material with the high dielectric constant is obtained by adding insulated ultrafine powder comprising electroconductive ultrafine powder which is in the form of sphere, spheroid or acicular having a minor axis in the range of 1 to 100 nm and to which an insulating film is applied as the high dielectric constant filler.
