PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming adhesive tape and sheet low in foaming temperature and capable of efficient foaming even when the adhesive layer is thin. SOLUTION: The adhesive tape comprises an adhesive resin, a foaming substance, a foaming adhesive layer containing a foaming assistant, and a substrate.
