PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid line capable of being easily manufactured. SOLUTION: In this electrically heatable liquid line, a heating wire 2 is arranged on an inner plastic layer 1, and an electrically insulating tape 3 is helically wound around the plastic layer 1 and the heating wire 2.
