PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce friction vibration of an elastic body by devising the cross sectional shape of the elastic body. SOLUTION: The cross sectional shape of a frictional engagement element 10 is changed to form neutral surface adjusting members W, W, so that a neutral surface N approaches a friction surface FS, thereby bending moment of frictional force approaches zero, and friction vibration is reduced. The neutral surface N of the frictional engagement element 10 is a surface in parallel with the friction surface FS including the center of gravity, and is fixed at a position where geometrical moment of area becomes zero.
