In the above formulae, Ar<1> and Ar<3> represent a tetravalent aromatic hydrocarbon group or a tetravalent heterocyclic group; Ar<2>, Ar<4>, Ar<5>, Ar<6> and Ar<7> represent a trivalent aromatic hydrocarbon group or a trivalent heterocyclic group; A<1> represent -Z<1>-, -Z<2>-Z<3>- or -Z<4>=Z<5>- wherein Z<1>, Z<2> and Z<3> represent O, S or the like and Z<4> and Z<5> represent N, B, P or the like; and X<1>, X<2>, X<3>, X<4>, X<9>, X<10>, X<11> and X<12> represent a halogen atom or the like.
