PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift lever device capable of clearly checking the shift pattern, the shift position or the like provided at a knob without the knob being made large. SOLUTION: In the shift lever device, a lamp 144 which is a light source is not arranged inside the knob 90, and the light is guided to an indicator lens 112 by light guides 98 and 146. The structure of the knob 90 can be simplified thereby, and the knob 90 can be miniaturized.
