A bus bar twisting machine is provided to arrange a front end of a bus bar not to be parallel with a rear end of the bus bar by fastening the rear end of the bus bar with a vice unit and accurately twisting the front end of the bus bar in rotating a turning unit. A vice unit(20) and a turning unit(30) are arranged on a work table(10) and spaced from each other. A rear end(5) of a bus bar(1) is fixed by the vice unit, and a front end of the bus bar is not parallel with the rear end of the bus bar by twisting the bus bar in rotating the turning unit. A first frame(21) and a second frame(23) are fastened in the work table, and a lower chuck member(25) and an upper chuck member(27) are arranged between the first frame and the second frame. The bus bar is fitted between the upper chuck member and the lower chuck member, and tightened by a fixing bolt(29) to fasten the rear end of the bus bar.
