<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dielectric composition suitable for realizing a high Q-value in a high-frequency region. <P>SOLUTION: This dielectric composition is formed by a hexagonal triple superlattice structure in which ΔE<SB>DIS-ORD</SB>which is the difference of the lattice energy E<SB>ORD</SB>per unit atom of the hexagonal triple superlattice structure, formed when B'<SP>2+</SP>ion and B"<SP>5+</SP>ion are arranged in a 1:2 ordered sequence at the B-site of a composite perovskite-type dielectric composition, A<SP>2+</SP>(B'<SP>2+</SP><SB>1/3</SB>B"<SP>5+</SP><SB>2/3</SB>)O<SP>2-</SP><SB>3</SB>and the lattice energy E<SB>DIS</SB>per unit atom of a simple perovskite structure formed when the B site has a disordered sequence or of a model structure approximated to the disordered sequence in the composite perovskite-type dielectric composition satisfies formula (1). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
