<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To radially miniaturize an air bag device constituted in a manner that pushing moves only a module cover to turn on a horn switch. <P>SOLUTION: This device comprises an air bag 3, a retainer 2 mounted to the air bag 3 on its top, and a vertical wall part 5B covering an outer peripheral side of the air bag 3. The device has a module cover 5 capable of moving forward to approach toward the retainer 2 and moving backward to be returned to an original position, a plate spring 100 mounting and supporting a vertical wall 5B of the module cover 5 at an outer peripheral top and energizing it in a backward moving direction, and a movable side contact point 20A installed to the module cover 5 and getting into a conducting condition together with the forward movement of the module cover 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
