摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device having a highly efficient heat dissipation structure in which the efficiency of a light emitting source is enhanced while extending the lifetime, dimensions of the light emitting source are not limited by heat dissipation problem, and application layer aspect of the light emitting source can be diversified. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting device having a highly efficient heat dissipation structure comprises a steam circulation faint heat temperature equalizer wherein an electrode circuit is provided on the surface of the steam circulation faint heat temperature equalizer, an insulation layer is provided between the electrode circuit and the steam circulation faint heat temperature equalizer, and the electrode circuit is isolated electrically from the steam circulation faint heat temperature equalizer. Furthermore, a plurality of light emitting sources are provided on the surface of the steam circulation faint heat temperature equalizer wherein the light emitting source is connected electrically with the steam circulation faint heat temperature equalizer and the electrode circuit, and emits light upon conduction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
