<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and environmentally preferable switch with a light sensing function having a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A resistor 12 is interposed between an anode and a gate of a thyristor 11 connected in series to a lamp 15 and an AC power supply 16. Thus, a normally-on thyristor is composed. A light-receiving element 13 is interposed between the gate and a cathode of the thyristor 11. The gate voltage of the thyristor 11 is turned on/off by controlling it in accordance with ambient illuminance. In this way, the inexpensive and environmentally preferable switch 14 with a light sensing function has the simple structure without a Cd component, and light equipment are provided without using an expensive MOSFET. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
