<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a staff to instantaneously confirm and answer as to how long it takes to provide ordered commodities to a customer when asked. <P>SOLUTION: Output terminal equipment which receives and outputs preparation instruction data to commodities stores the number of orders of unfinished commodities whose preparation has been instructed and the identification data of customers who have ordered the commodity in the temporal order of the preparation instructions. An order managing device receives data to inquire the situations of commodity preparation from input terminal equipment, and refers to information stored in the output terminal equipment to calculate standby order until the commodity is finished from the number of the unfinished commodities as the commodity whose preparation has been instructed earlier than the inquired commodity. Then, the data showing the standby order are wirelessly transmitted to the input terminal equipment being the inquiry origin as the data showing the situations of the commodity preparation.
