<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partial diffractive structure transferring sheet which has superior resistance, even after being attached to an article and can impart verification function thereto, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The partial diffractive structure transferring sheet transfers a transfer layer, partially provided with a region to make diffracted light generated. The sheet includes at least the following layers on a sheet-like support having heat resistance successively from the side near the support; a heat resistant protective layer which can be peeled from the support, a transparent diffractive structure forming layer having a minute rugged surface for generating the diffracted light, a diffraction effect layer partially provided with thin films on the rugged surface, a heat resistant mask layer disposed to cover the region possessed by at least the diffraction effect layer, and an adhesive layer disposed to cover the surface of the heat resistant mask layer and the surface of the diffractive structure forming layer, having no mask layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
