PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationalize the characteristic impedance of output-side signal lines, when open/close operation for a high-frequency signal is performed, and to suppress deterioration of the quality of an output-side signal waveform. SOLUTION: On a circuit pattern of a dielectric board 7, this semiconductor relay 1 has a light emitting device 2 for emitting a signal of light according to an input signal, a light receiving element 3 which receives the signal of light and generates photovoltaic force, and a pair of semiconductor devices 4, 5 for an output which is composed of MOSFETs, and to which the photovoltaic force is applied to open or close between the output-side signal lines 403, 503. The signal lines 403, 503 and a grounded conductor layer 603 constitute a microstrip line. By regions 40, 50 where conductor pattern width is narrowed and an opening 60 formed in the conductor layer 603, lowering of the characteristic impedance of the output-side signal lines 403, 503 occurring when the semiconductor relay 1 is turned on is canceled, and the characteristic impedance is rationalized.
