PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embedded dielectric resonator that is impervious to vibrations and miniaturizable by solving the problem of the position deviation in its manufacturing process. SOLUTION: A dielectric resonator 2 made of a second dielectric material is embedded in a dielectric substrate 1 made of a first dielectric material having a different dielectric constant from the second dielectric material. The dielectric substrate 1 has a coupling line 5 for coupling with the dielectric resonator 2, and conductor layers 3, 4 formed as a ground on both sides of the dielectric substrate 1 facing at the resonator 2.
