PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of optically correcting an imaging condition in a manner that the imaging apparatus can carry out imaging at least at one imaging position under an imaging condition different from that at an another imaging position and to provide a mobile electronic apparatus provided with the imaging apparatus. SOLUTION: A mobile phone 1 is provided with a compact camera 11 displaceable at a plurality of imaging positions and capable of carrying out imaging at each imaging position, and an optical correction means 15 being an optical element provided to an optical correction section 13 optically corrects the imaging condition at least at one imaging position among the imaging positions of the compact camera 11.
