PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel wiring and an integrated circuit excellent in crosstalk resistance. SOLUTION: A parallel wiring is composed of a plurality of differential lines (L1, L2, and L3) arranged in parallel in the reference direction. The respective differential lines (L1, L2, and L3) are composed of nearly parallel two wirings (L1a, L1b, L2a, L2b, L3a, and L3b).
