PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shared data file exclusion control method for preventing data destruction due to processing competition to a shared data file by a plurality of devices, and for preventing the deadlock of a whole system even when the processing abnormally ends. SOLUTION: When a certain processor processes a shared data file shared by a plurality of processors, whether any exclusion file made to correspond to the target shared data file one to one exists, is confirmed (S1), and when such exclusion file does not exist, an exclusion file is prepared (S2), and occupancy information is recorded in the exclusion file (S3), and then the shared data file is processed (S4). After the shared data file is processed, the exclusion file prepared by the S2 is erased (S5). When it is confirmed that the exclusion file exists in the S1, the occupancy information of the exclusion file is confirmed, and whether the exclusion file is processable, is judged (S6). When it is judged that the exclusion file is processable, the already existing exclusion file is erased, and then processing similar to that in the S2 to S5 is executed (S7 to S10).
