PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling method capable of easily forming a partially rolled portion at an arbitrary position of a strip, a rolled product manufactured by the method, and a rolling device. SOLUTION: The rolling device has a first roll 11 disposed so that a rotary shaft 11b is directed in the direction orthogonal to the advancing direction of a strip 1, and a plurality of second rolls 12 which are disposed facing the first roll, and disposed so that each rotary shaft 12b is substantially parallel to the strip, and each circumferential surface is continuously pressed against the strip at an arbitrary position. By holding and advancing the strip between the first roll and the second rolls, a partially rolled portion is formed in the strip at an arbitrary position. Thus, even when the position of the partially rolled portion formed in the strip is changed, the partially rolled portion can be formed only by changing the position of the plurality of second rolls to the related portion, parts of the rolling device need not be modified or interchanged, and an inexpensive rolled product can be provided.
