PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the operating noise of a fuel injection valve containing many particularly harsh high-frequency components. SOLUTION: A cover 12 covering the electromagnet of the injection valve 1 and a connector 11 for supplying power to a coil 4 are resin-molded. A bar 10 as a a weight is fitted to the resin portion or the bar is formed integrally therewith in resin molding. The weight is formed of a metal having a density larger than that of the resin portion. The weight is not limited to the bar, but may be a ring 141 fitted to the outer periphery of the cylindrical cover 12. By adding the weight, the natural frequency of the fuel injection valve is lowered, and the harsh high-frequency components are reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
