PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new surreptitious photographing prevention label which easily and surely prevents stealthy photographing using a mobile phone with a photographing function or the like at a book store or the like and enables the surreptitious photographing to be easily found. SOLUTION: The label is attached so as to cover at least the lens part B of a photographing device A to make photographing impossible and is visually found to have been detached in the case once detached and is provided with a base 10, an adhesive layer 11 for sticking to the photographing device A, and a lens protection part 12 opposed to the surface of the lens part B.
