PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of drying a plurality of clothes in a short time. SOLUTION: This air conditioner is provided with a suction opening 18 for sucking indoor air, a discharge opening 17 for discharging the sucked air outside, a blow-out opening 19 for returning the sucked air into a room, a flower fan 22 for sucking air from the suction opening 18 to blow it, a damper D to be switched between a first position for guiding the air blown from the blower fan 22 to the discharge opening 17 and a second position for guiding the air to the blow-out opening 19, and a PTC heater 40 for heating the air blowing out of the blow-out opening 19. A guide plate 34 is provided to guide the air, which flows from the blower fan 22 to a part of an opening surface of the blow-out opening 19 wherein high-speed air is blown out, to a part of an opening surface of the blow-out opening 19 wherein low-speed air is blown out.
