PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide seat structure for a vehicle capable of moving a seat facing a luggage compartment in a rear side of a cabin by effectively utilizing a dead space in the cabin without requiring movement of a seat cushion, and realizing a large luggage compartment space allowing easy taking in and out of a luggage with its movement. SOLUTION: A cover member arranged at a back face side of a seat back and turnably supporting the seat back at an upper end side thereof while being turnably connected to a floor face of the cabin in the vicinity of a rear end part of the seat cushion at a lower end side thereof, is provided. The seat back is movable so as to be positioned in an erected attitude on the back face side of other seats provided at a front side of the seat cushion and in front of the seat by turning the seat back itself on the cover member and turning the cover member at the lower end side thereof on the floor face of the cabin. The cover member is constituted so as to form a horizontal surface substantially flush with the floor face of the luggage compartment while covering an upper face of the seat cushion in a finished state the movement of the seat back.
