PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko machine which can notify a player of a condition of closing/opening of ball extraction holes in upper and lower ball receiving trays of the Pachinko machine and employs different notification methods for in-play and not-in-play. SOLUTION: A first detecting means (7) to detect opening of a first shield plate (3) is disposed on the upper ball receiving tray (1). A second detecting means (8) to detect opening of a second shield plate (6) and a play confirming means (11) are disposed on the lower ball receiving tray (4). A second controller (12) is provided which receives detecting signals from the first and second detecting means (7, 8) and confirming signals from the play confirming means (11) and outputs different control signals when a first ball extraction hole of the upper ball receiving tray (1) or a second ball extracting hole of the lower ball receiving tray (4) is opened or when both extracting holes of the upper and lower ball receiving trays (1, 4) are opened.
