PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processor which can properly extract the change of the medical images and compare a plurality of medical images easily with each other. SOLUTION: The medical image processor comprises: a medical image acquiring means 50 for acquiring the medical images including the images of a reference subject and an affected part; and an image correcting means 52 which extracts the image area of the reference subject from the medical images acquired by the medical image acquiring means and corrects the feature value of an image in an area to be compared of the medical images on the basis of the feature value of the image in the image area of the reference subject.
