PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light diffusion methyl methacrylate resin composition which inhibits whitening of a stretched portion of a molded article to enable prevention of a lowering of light transmission even when a secondary stretching forming is carried out at a comparatively low temperature. SOLUTION: The light diffusion methyl methacrylate resin composition is obtained by dispersing 0.1-10 pts. wt. crosslinked siloxane resin particles which meet that (1) the absolute value of the difference in refractive index between the crosslinked siloxane resin particles and the methyl methacrylate resin is 0.02-0.13; (2) the weight-average particle diameter is 1.5-15μm; and (3) the relationship among the extrapolation glass transition initiation temperature (Tig), the extrapolation glass transition ending temperature (Teg), and the load deflection temperature (Th) of the methyl methacrylate resin in the stepwise change of a DSC curve obtained by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) satisfies formula [1]: Teg<Th+40 (°C) and formula [2]: Tig<Th (°C) or Teg-Tig<15 (°C) into 100 pts. wt. methyl methacrylate resin.
