PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator exclusive for parcel having a parcel receiving function (home delivery receiving function) from the outside of a building by providing a parcel putting-in-and-out port outside the building, providing a parcel putting-in-and-out port at each story or each door in the building, and allotting an exclusive box to each door. SOLUTION: This elevator exclusive for parcel is installed in a multiple dwelling house having a plurality of stories or a two-family house. This elevator is provided with a car 1 installed on one side of the building facing the outdoor side of the building and capable of elevating, lowering, and moving at least in the vertical direction, a parcel receiving box 4 for each story allotted to respective stories as a space by divided story by dividing the inside of the car in the vertical direction or in the direction of left and right in accordance with the number of stories of the building, the parcel putting-in-and-out port 3 provided at the first floor of the building and opened, closed, and operated from the outdoor side, and the parcel putting-in-and-out port provided at each story of the building and operated from the inside of the building.
