PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pocket size variable tray which is easily manufactured and in which articles are placed without any problems even when they are thin. SOLUTION: The pocket size variable tray comprises: a first base body with a plurality of pocket parts 11 having an edge portion to individually hold a plurality of articles formed on a surface part; a second base body 2 which overlaps a back side part of the first base body and is movable in the first direction parallel to one side of the edge part with respect to the first base body; and a third base body 3 which overlaps a back side part of the second base body and is movable in the second direction substantially orthogonal to the first direction with respect to the first base body. A first long hole 11a and a second long hole 11b formed parallel to the first direction and the second direction, respectively, are formed in a bottom portion of each pocket part of the first base body, a plurality of pins 4 protruded individually in the pocket parts are provided on the second base body through the first long hole, and a plurality of holes 21 to pass through the pins 5 which are erected on the third body and protruded individually in the pocket parts through the second long hole, are formed therein.
