PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caster fitted with a fixing leg capable of arranging its caster part to be directed in a certain direction when the fixing leg is grounded and the caster part is lifted. SOLUTION: The caster comprises the fixing leg 2A having a grounding part 2A1 and a load supporting shaft 2A2 and the caster part 2C provided in such a way as capable of revolving with the head oscillating round the load supporting shaft 2A2 and slidable in the direction of the load supporting shaft 2A2, wherein further a mechanism is provided to oscillate the head of the caster part 2C in the specific direction relative to the load supporting shaft 2A2 at the time of sliding.
