An RFID is provided to supply the structure of a small sized RFID(radio frequency identification system) of low costs. A transmitting and receiving antenna(2) is formed on a base substrate(1). An IC chip forms an electric circuit on the base substrate(1). A case for the transmitting and receiving antenna(2) and the IC chip(3) folds one side of the base substrate(1) and is fixed on other three sides by adhesives. The case covers the transmitting and receiving antenna(2) and the IC chip(3).
