A rotation preventing device of a brake pedal arm of a vehicle is provided to prevent a brake pedal from hitting a driver on the lower part of the body by installing a rotation preventing bracket on inner side of a fixing bracket combined on a dash panel, thereby preventing a hinge from being crushed in a car collision, and preventing the brake pedal arm from rotating anticlockwise. A rotation preventing device of a brake pedal arm of a vehicle comprises a fixing bracket(110) combined on a dash panel to be fixed; a pedal arm(101) rotatively combined by a hinge(111) of the fixing bracket; and a rotation preventing bracket(130) fixed on upper and inner surface of the fixing bracket to prevent the pedal arm from rotating anticlockwise around a booster rod(14) as a center by preventing the hinge from being crushed through the impact energy generated in a car collision.
