A pair of fixed rolling rails (3,4) secures both ends of a box sleeper (2) that slidably supports a pair of switch tongues (5a,5b). A pair of hinges (12,13) pivotally moves the box sleeper to up and down positions in a manner that the output shaft (8b) of a driver (8a) is aligned with a switch rod (6) joined to both tongues.
