PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always attain the best display angle and the best color gradation in accordance with the change in the advancing direction of a vehicle by controlling the characteristic of the display environment of a display means while reading out data stored in a storage means based on the calculation result of an incident angle calculating means. SOLUTION: The direction of the sun is calculated based on the detection output from a solar ray direction detecting circuit 12. The direction of the vehicle of his own is calculated by a bearing sensor 2 and the present angle of a display part 5 in vertical and horizontal directions is detected based on the detection output of an angle detecting part 52. The incident angle of a solar ray with respect to the display surface of the display part 5 installed in the vehicle of his own is calculated and the best easy-to-see data, etc., are read out by referring to a map and the adjustment of the data is preformed so as to reproduce an initial value to be outputted to an RGB demodulating circuit 42. The position of the solar ray with respect to the display surface is not always changed and then the best display state can be reproduced by allowing a display control circuit 3 to control the angle formed by the display surface and the solar ray so as to become the angle of the initial value read out from the map with respect to an angle adjusting part 51. |
