An upper housing and a lower housing of a mobile terminal apparatus that has a hinge for rotatably and slidably supporting both the upper and lower housings at one end portion of each of the housings and being able to slidably rotate one of the two housings relative to the other to make both housings to be in an opened state or in a closed state. Further, positioning means performs a positioning in the closed state by detachably engaging the upper housing with the lower housing on another end portion opposite to the one end portion. As the positioning means is constituted of the projection and recess of the housings, the positioning means can be realized with a relatively simple structure and with a relatively low cost. <IMAGE>
