<p>To detach fabric piecegoods from the needle plates (3) of a stenter frame, a fabric transport assembly (11) is at the exit end (B) of the stenter. It has a structure of conveyor belts (19) and clamping belts (23), pitched at an acute angle (alpha ) through the plane (E) of the stenter needle chains with an intersection point (X). The fabric (39) is lifted clear of the stenter needles and carried off upwards clamped between the angled belts, to be transferred to a take-off conveyor (33).</p> |
