Process for the identification of pesticidal agents

To identify the active ingredients in pesticides, a bonding test is used with marked phthalic acid diamides at membrane preparations, to be forced through unmarked test substances. The markings can be by radioactive isotopes or tritium. The membrane preparation is derived from tobacco bud worm insects and their larvae.
