Low Temperature Firable PZT Compositions and piezoelectric ceramic devices using the same

Piezoelectric ceramic composition contains a ceramic material of the formula: ((Pb1-m-n-pSrmBanCdp)(ZrxTi1-x)1-k(BiaMnb)k)O3 (where m = 0-0.15; n = 0.15; m + n (0.21; p = 0-0.04; x = 0.5-0.56; a = 0-1.0, b = 0-1.0; and k = 0-0.04). An Independent claim is also included for a multiple layer piezoelectric ceramic device made from the above piezoelectric ceramic composition.
