A manufacturing method of a square pipe for a safety window is provided to contribute to the popularization of a stainless safety window by installing a high-strength stainless safety window with low expenses and to increase the effect on safety by increasing the strength of a safety window in comparison with an aluminum safety window. The manufacturing method of a square pipe(10) for a safety window comprises the steps of: cutting off a stainless plate wound in the coiled shape into the appointed width and length to manufacture a square pipe for a safety window; partitioning off from a primary plane(2) to a fourth plane(5), and perforating many holes(6) longitudinally on the partitioned side at regular intervals; bending the primary plane(2) of the stainless plate with many holes(6) vertically; bending the secondary plane(3) in contact with the primary plane(2) of the stainless plate vertically; after bending the primary plane(2) and the secondary plane(3) of the stainless plate to have a C-shaped section, bending the fourth plane(5) of the stainless plate vertically to form the stainless plate in a square pipe as a whole; and welding the corner(7) of the square pipe formed by contacting the primary plane(2) and the fourth plane(4) of the stainless plate mutually, then marking smooth by grinding.
