A damper structure of a propeller shaft of a vehicle is provided to improve durability by increasing a contact area between the damper and inner circumferential surface of the propeller shaft through removing inner rubber in the middle and to improve a function of vibration reduction by installing air spaces between the components. A damper structure of a propeller shaft(10) of a vehicle comprises a cylindrical outer tube(22) press-fitted and installed in the propeller shaft; a plurality of rubber members(24) integrally installed on inner circumferential surface of the outer tube; and a tube-type mass(25) connecting each end of the rubber members and having a hollow(25a). The rubber members are integrally and vertically installed with the outer peripheral surface of the mass and the inner circumferential surface of the outer tube. The outer tube is formed cylindrical and longitudinal in a lateral way, and eventually, a side contact area thereof with the inner surface of the propeller shaft is extended. An amount of the rubbers at the outer tube is increased because the existed middle of the mass is removed.
