An electrophotographic photoreceptor is provided to improve solvent crack resistance while maintaining the electrophotographic characteristics of the photoreceptor by using a polyarylate resin having a specific structural unit as a binder to the photosensitive layer, even when recycling a drum or a peripheral member, therefore it is possible to improve the image quality. The electrophotographic photoreceptor comprises a photosensitive layer comprising a charge generating material and a charge transfer material on an electroconductive substrate, wherein the photosensitive layer comprises a polyarylate resin composed of a structural unit represented by formula 1 as a resin binder. In the formula 1, R1 and R2 may be, same or different, hydrogen, alkyl having C1-8, substituted or non-substituted cycloalkyl, substituted or non-substituted aryl, and R1 and R2 may form a cyclic structure together with carbon atoms bound to R1 and R2, wherein 1 or 2 arylene groups may be bound to the cyclic structure; R3 to R10 are same or different, hydrogen, alkyl having C1-8, fluorine, chlorine or bromine; and m and n are 0.5<m/(m+n)<0.7.
