<p>An audio output control circuit (12) is presented, which is adapted to control the output mode of a pair of audio signal outputs (13) of a mobile terminal (3) depending on the type of appliance (2) connected to the mobile terminal (3). Hereto, the pair of audio signal outputs (13) provides a first audio signal between a first terminal (a, SL) and a ground terminal (c, SG) and a second audio signal between a second terminal (b; SR) and the ground terminal (c, SG), and the audio control circuit (12) contains an audio transmission condition determination means (10) for determining the condition required for a transmission of an audio signal from the pair of audio signal outputs (13) to an appliance (2) connected to the mobile terminal (3), and an audio output configuration means (11) for configuring the output mode of the pair of audio signal outputs (13) according to a transmission condition determined by the audio transmission condition means (10), whereby the audio output configuration means (11) is adapted to provide a balanced monophonic audio signal between the first terminal (a, SR) and the second terminal (b, SL). <IMAGE></p> |
