A contact angle meter is provided to improve the structure of the contact angle meter by determining droplets having different types. A contact angle meter includes a case(100), a bottom plate assembly(200), a light source(310), a supply block(500), and a camera(320). The case(100) has a hollow part inside of the case(100). The bottom plate assembly(200) is installed at the inner bottom surface of the case(100) in such a manner that the bottom plate assembly can be rotated and moved in left, right, up, and down directions. The light source(310) and the camera(320) are used for measuring the contact angle of liquid provided to the upper side of the floor assembly(200). The supply block(500) is lifted in an up direction or in a down direction.
