A safety diagnosis system of an underground structure in an apartment house complex is provided to detect cause of subsidence of an underground pipe, and to maintain the structure by measuring change of the underground structure easily with an underground support pile, an intermediate assembling frame member and an emergency lamp terminal box. A safety diagnosis system of an underground structure in an apartment house complex is composed of an underground support pile(400) installed under the ground, vertically mounted at a side of an underground pipe(300) and composed of a lower needle supported by base rock, a measuring wire connected to a connecting link of a connecting bar and combined with a link coupler of an anchor link, an intermediate assembling frame member(500) combined with the underground support pile, formed by integrally forming a horizontal frame at a side of a vertical pipe and composed of the connecting bar expanding or contracting in the horizontal frame and a sensor detecting displacement, and an emergency lamp terminal box(600) connected to the sensor of the intermediate assembling frame member by a cable, fixed to an upper part of the underground support pile and composed of an assembling clip.
